Proprietary is not evil???
I was just reading a nice article here. Proprietary software is not evil??
Well i guess, if the price is reasonable, then proprietary software is as ordinary as open source software. But if it’s price is twice your monthly salary, and you are always forced to upgrade to enjoy the latest software (since the legacy os won’t be able to install your latest software) then i guess commercial software is evil
The bottom line is, not all proprietary software is evil, it depends on their price and their developer’s attitude. We still need commercial software, if there is no commercial software, i think programmers -like me- will starving and finally die LoL.
